Refund policy

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me within 7 days of receiving your item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the custom nature of my products, All Sales Are Final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of heart or customer sizing errors. Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. I have a ring sizing tool available for purchase or any local jeweler will be able to tell you your ring size.

Although I do not typically accept returns, please don't hesitate to contact me at sydney.darlindesigns@gmail.com if you have an issue or are unhappy with a piece. I put my heart and soul into every one of my pieces and want to ensure that each and every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. 

Also please note due to the handmade nature of my pieces, each piece is unique and full of character. All of my pieces are made from .925 sterling and fine silver. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected. Everything I make is crafted by hand and not by a machine.
